This trip is designed to create a supportive, empowering, and joyful space where every woman can surf, grow, and connect at her own pace. Our mission is to have fun, stay safe, build confidence, and celebrate each other. We believe everyone is on their own journey, coaching should match individual goals and comfort, a positive group vibe fosters breakthroughs, and flow and freedom are just as important as structure.

Core Principles

Surfing should feel good. Joy, flow, and presence are at the heart of every session. Safety always comes first through choosing the right waves, clear communication, and respect for the ocean, the group, and each other. Coaching is personalized, with one-on-one guidance in the water and clear feedback after each session. At the same time, we celebrate every achievement together and leave comparisons behind.

Video Analysis

Three video sessions support growth through group and individual review, a focus on strengths, and one to two key points per session. Takeaways for the next surf are simple, practical, and always delivered in a supportive, constructive tone.

Confidence & Self-Trust

Confidence grows through comfort in different conditions, clear decisions in the lineup, and trusting your own paddling strength and instincts. Progress is celebrated, perfection is not the goal. Tools include breathwork, mindset tips, micro-goals, and lots of positive reinforcement.

Group Culture

We foster an uplifting atmosphere by celebrating all rides, even wipeouts, leaving ego aside, and offering space for connection or retreat. Kindness, openness, and respect guide our interactions.

Flexibility & Flow

The retreat is intentionally spacious. You are free to surf or rest, join activities or take time for yourself, journal, read, nap, or simply enjoy the ocean. There is no pressure and no expectation—just flow.

Wrap-Up & Integration

At the end of the trip, we revisit initial intentions, celebrate growth and breakthroughs, highlight “anchor moments” to take home, and offer simple steps for continued progress.

Payment & Credit Terms

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of receiving the final confirmation. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 60 days before departure.

If the balance is not received by this deadline, the reservation will be considered cancelled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fees apply as follows:

• After booking confirmation: 30% of the total amount (non-refundable deposit)
• Within 45 days before the start date: 50% of the total amount
• Within 30 days before the start date: 80% of the total amount
• Within 15 days before the start date: 100% of the total amount

Minimum Participants & Trip Confirmation

The surf boat trip requires a minimum of 8 participants and will be confirmed at least 30 days before departure.

If we cannot confirm the trip due to an insufficient number of participants, you may choose to:

• move your booking to a future departure date, or
• receive a full refund of the deposit and any remaining balance already paid, returned to your bank account or credit card (according to the original payment method).
